Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Head of Facilities Operations to oversee the management of public markets and related facilities. The role reports to the Department Manager and covers operational, maintenance, and security functions to ensure regulatory compliance and high standards.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance budgets, supervising security staff, coordinating with government entities, and driving improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with substantial leadership experience.
• Alternative to a degree: High School Certificate with 10+ years in facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operation and maintenance plans across facilities.
• Oversee security and guarding operations at all sites.
• Lead inspection tours to verify performance and standards.
• Manage vehicle fleet operations, licensing and insurance.
• Coordinate meetings with teams and tenants to review progress.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and maps.
