Job summary

The Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) is seeking a Senior Manager – Facilities to oversee facilities management operations across multiple properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient maintenance, regulatory compliance, and high service standards.

With over 15 years of experience required, the successful candidate will lead teams, manage significant budgets, and implement operational strategies to enhance facilities performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in facilities management, engineering operations, or property management.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple facilities.
• Experience in managing large facilities budgets and vendor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations across multiple retail, commercial, and properties.
• Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures.
• Manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
