EFS Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Management (FM) Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of commercial facilities in Dubai. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, and respond to tenant needs.

Ideal candidates hold a FM-related degree and 2–5 years of experience, with strong knowledge of MEP systems, health and safety procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in FM or related field.
• 2–5 years of facilities management experience.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and health and safety procedures.
• Experience coordinating contractors and tenants.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day FM operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage FM contractors, technicians, cleaning teams, and service providers.
• Handle tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and service-related issues.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, asset registers, and operational reports.
• Monitor contractor performance and SLAs, and track costs.
