Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of MEP systems, HVAC, lifts, and firefighting.
• Inspect common areas and facilities to ensure systems function effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors for corrective actions and safety adherence.
• Monitor utility consumption and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager and OA Board on maintenance planning and reporting.
