Qualifications

• Valid driving license preferred.
• Arabic is an advantage for GCC roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare reports.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Operate and monitor BMS and CMMS for work order management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work.
• Support energy conservation initiatives.
• Perform minor civil and carpentry works as required.
• Assist in preparation of technical reports.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
