Job summary

BFMA Facilities Management Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Electrician to perform electrical maintenance, diagnostics and preventive tasks on building systems. You will handle wiring, lighting, and protection devices, ensuring reliability and safety across site locations.

Candidates should have UAE experience, solid knowledge of DBs/MCBs/MCCs, and basic HVAC and plumbing awareness. Strong trouble-shooting and teamwork are essential; immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Electrical & Facility Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems, DBs, MCBs, MCCs, Wiring & Lighting.
• Experience in PPM (Preventive Planned Maintenance).
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems – AC units, AHU & FCU.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing systems – water supply & drainage.
• Strong troubleshooting, maintenance & repair skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
