Confidential Company is seeking a facilities engineer/manager to lead maintenance strategies and ensure safety compliance within its UAE Ajman operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, with AutoCAD and FM software proficiency, plus professional certifications (CFM/FMP) preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or management.
• CFM or FMP certifications are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced maintenance contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
