Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and seamless functionality across sites.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor contracts, and conduct regular inspections to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication with stakeholders, and hands-on experience with both hard and soft services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities management with a proven track record.
• Good MEP supervision experience.
• Experience in soft and hard services.
