Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah). You will oversee daily F&B operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, all-day dining outlet, or hotel F&B operation.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
• Strong communication, leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to lead a team during peak periods and maintain high service standards.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign duties, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure outlet readiness, including cleanliness, table setup, and staffing.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and follow up on feedback.
• Lead, coach, and train team on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments.
• Drive revenue through suggestive selling, promotions, and sales targets.
• Monitor wastage, stock levels, breakages, and operating supplies to control costs.
• Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and cash-handling compliance.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, allergen management, and workplace safety.
• Prepare shift reports, record guest feedback, and complete handovers.
• Support audits, training, and continuous improvement of guest service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by F&B Management.
