Accor’s 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai is seeking an entry-level F&B teammate to welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain spotless dining areas. You will learn brand standards, assist with mise en place, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery.

Applicants should be enrolled in or recently graduated from hospitality programs, with a positive attitude, good communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Hospitality Management or related program.
• Interest in food & beverage operations and hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Assist in welcoming guests, escort to tables, present menus.
• Support service team with taking orders, serving food & beverages.
• Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, bar, service stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues for timely delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and refer to supervisor when needed.
• Attend departmental briefings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Job Description

How does your working day look like …

Assist in welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and presenting menus.

Support the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest requests.

Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing, and resetting tables according to established standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar, service stations, and other assigned areas.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.

Learn and follow the hotel's service standards, operating procedures, and brand guidelines.

Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food and beverage delivery.

Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, referring complaints or issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Attend departmental briefings, training sessions, and other learning activities.

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily F&B operations.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related program.

Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.

Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.

Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
