Job summary

25hours Hotels One Central in Dubai is seeking a service-minded hospitality entrant to welcome guests, escort to tables, and assist the team in taking orders and serving food and beverages.

You will help with mise en place, maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff. Start date February 2027; flexible to shifts and professional appearance required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a hospitality management program.
• Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort to tables, present menus.
• Assist service team with taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, bar, service stations and other areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health standards.
• Learn and follow hotel service standards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues for timely deliveries.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment and breakdown.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and escalate when needed.
• Attend trainings and briefings to support daily F&B operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

• Assist in welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and presenting menus.
• Support the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest requests.
• Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing, and resetting tables according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar, service stations, and other assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
• Learn and follow the hotel's service standards, operating procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food and beverage delivery.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, referring complaints or issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Attend departmental briefings, training sessions, and other learning activities.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related program.
• Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
