Rotana in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an ambitious Food & Beverage professional to assist in organizing and directing a team that delivers top quality F&B and personalized service in a busy hotel outlet.

Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining cleanliness, planning promotions and beverage purchases under the Outlet Manager, ensuring health and safety standards, supervising daily operations, identifying training needs, and minimizing breakages through proper equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality with beverage trainings.
• Experience in Food & Beverage.
• Beverage trainings or certifications.

Responsabilités

• Prepare schedules for all employees according to forecast and manning guide.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned outlet areas.
• Assist in planning promotions, beverage purchases and pricing under the Outlet Manager.
• Ensure sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards.
• Supervise daily operation under standards fixed by Hotel Management and Outlet Manager.
• Define training needs and propose training programs with Outlet Manager; train subordinates.
• Minimize breakages and losses by proper handling of equipment.
