Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a seasoned F&B Outlet Manager to join the Wynn Oasis Dining - Service team. You will drive high-quality meals, exceptional service, and a welcoming environment reflecting Wynn’s hospitality standards.

This hands-on, on-site role requires strong leadership of diverse staff and close collaboration with culinary leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of dining operations management, staff accommodation experience, and a proven ability to coach, train, and manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in dining operations.
• Experience in staff accommodation, corporate dining, or hospitality settings is valued.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with HACCP, food safety regulations and workplace health standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality meals, efficient service and a welcoming environment.
• Address staff dining preferences to boost satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain open, multicultural communication with staff and managers.
• Supervise dining supervisors and staff; monitor grooming standards.
• Run daily pre-shift briefings and staff training sessions.
• Plan presentation, cleanliness, inventory, and deployment across concepts.
• Support new menus, promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and cost controls; forecast performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health regs, HACCP and hygiene.
• Conduct regular audits of dining areas and kitchens.
• Lead incident response to minimize operational disruption.
• Foster teamwork, respect and engagement within the dining team.
• Serve as liaison between staff dining and senior leadership.
