Job summary

Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi is seeking ambitious, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to lead a team delivering top quality service and personalized attention to guests in a dynamic hotel setting.

You will schedule staff, conduct training, evaluate performance, and ensure timely setup of outlets in line with opening hours, while maintaining guest relations, cleanliness, and participation in promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and minimum two years in a similar F&B role.
• Computer literate with strong English communication.
• Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for staff to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
• Conduct regular training sessions per SOPs.
• Evaluate performance and support development and promotions.
• Set up outlets according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Greet and seat guests with host/hostess support.
• Maintain professional relationships with patrons.
• Update the outlet's guest database.
• Tour outlets to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Participate in outlet promotional activities.
