Job summary

Hotels in Abu Dhabi seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead a dynamic F&B team and deliver exceptional guest service while achieving profitability.

You will prepare staff schedules, oversee outlet cleanliness, assist in promotions, monitor sanitary standards, supervise daily operations, and identify training needs to elevate professionalism.

Fluency in English and knowledge of MS Office, POS systems (Micros preferred) are required; international experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality field, preferred
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office, Windows and POS systems
• Familiarity with Micros is desirable
• International experience is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for all employees according to forecast and manning guide
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of outlet areas
• Involve in planning promotions, beverage purchases and pricing
• Ensure sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards
• Supervise daily operations under Hotel & Outlet Manager standards
• Define training needs and run programs with Outlet Manager
• Ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses
