Work in Fujairah is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee four outlets in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will drive profitability, control costs, optimize manpower, and improve overall operational efficiency across multiple concepts.

You will lead outlet teams, manage budgeting and P&L, monitor food costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards while delivering high service quality.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in the F&B industry, including at least 3 years managing multiple outlets
• Proven track record in P&L management, food cost control, and manpower optimization
• Experience managing restaurants, cafés, or multiple F&B concepts
• Previous UAE experience is preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of four F&B outlets.
• Take full responsibility for outlet profitability, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Monitor and control food costs, payroll, purchasing, inventory, wastage, and operating expenses.
• Optimize manpower allocation, staff productivity, and scheduling.
• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising food quality or service standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers and ensure efficient procurement and inventory management.
• Monitor menu profitability, recipe costing, and pricing strategies.
• Establish operational KPIs and prepare regular financial and performance reports.
• Ensure consistent food quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Lead and develop outlet teams while maintaining a lean and efficient organizational structure.

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of four F&B outlets.
