Oaks Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B team, drive operations, planning, and service quality. You will partner with other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding brand standards and profitability.

You will oversee the department's financials, manage costs, menus, and staff development, ensuring exceptional guest service. A strong sense of leadership, collaboration and hospitality is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant area.
• Experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations leadership.
• Enthusiasm for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve functional quality.
• Excellent guest service abilities.

Responsibilities

• You will assist the Food & Beverage Manager and drive the F&B group in planning, organizing, and operations.
• You will be responsible for achieving high guest satisfaction and maintaining brand and quality standards.
• You will manage department finances to meet income, revenue, and food & beverage costs while maintaining quality.
• You will oversee staff performance and development to elevate service from good to exceptional.
• You will collaborate with Sales & Catering, Marketing and Reception teams to maximize results.
