Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management / F&B.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities; lead by example.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Type documents, take meeting minutes, draft letters, and manage correspondence.
• Support the overall operations of the hotel as required.
• Maintain and secure all Food & Beverage files.
• Assist in printing and preparing menus for the outlets.
• Create and maintain a Food & Beverage database (suppliers, guests, contacts).
• Coordinate with other departments in relation to Food & Beverage and culinary operations.
• Assist with the purchase request process for the F&B department.
• Direct F&B inquiries to the appropriate outlet or department.
• Process monthly attendance and payroll of F&B Service and Culinary.
