Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a hospitality professional to join the guest services team. The role focuses on delivering timely service, adhering to SOPs, and ensuring every guest interaction is friendly and professional.

You will coordinate with departments, prepare reports, monitor attendance, and support training initiatives while safeguarding brand standards and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
• Adhere to hotel policies and SOPs for guest service and operations.
• Ensure every guest interaction is friendly, professional and welcoming.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and knowledge of reservation policies.
• Be familiar with services and facilities offered within the restaurant and hotel.
• Liaise with guests regarding feedback and share it for continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports and other reports as required by management.
• Monitor departmental attendance and overtime reports.
• Coordinate with all sections regarding training program submission and implementation.
• Manage departmental collaterals, printing materials, ensuring compliance with standards and cost-saving initiatives.
• Attend departmental briefings and document key points and actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
