Job summary

WhiteCrow Research is assisting a growing Middle East retail group in Dubai to recruit an F&B Storekeeper. The role focuses on procurement, receiving, storage, and issuing stock, while ensuring HACCP compliance and accurate inventory documentation.

You will work with Oracle, SAP, FMC, and Excel to maintain stock integrity and support park operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field with 2–5 years of experience, and is comfortable handling up to 25

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Leisure Management, or a related field is required (2–5 years in F&B storekeeping or inventory management preferred).
Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, FMC, or equivalent inventory/procurement systems with strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, FIFO/FEFO, audit compliance, and accurate inventory documentation.

Responsibilities

Operate procurement and inventory systems for purchase orders, GRN, invoice matching, and accruals.
Verify incoming goods against PO specs and inspect for damages, temperature, and expiry dates.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts; investigate variances and losses.
Issue stock to outlets based on approved requisitions and support high-volume operations.
Prepare inventory reports and assist in month-end closures, valuation, and accruals.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, Dubai Municipality Food Code) and follow HSE procedures.
Handle physical movement of goods, lifting up to 20–25 kg, and operate in storage environments.
