Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an F&B Storekeeper in a hotel or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and storage practices.
• Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, expiry tracking, and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify food and beverage supplies against purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage of items per FIFO, FEFO, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
