Job summary

voco Dubai, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks hosts who are reliably different and dedicated to True Hospitality. You will serve food and beverages to guests, maintain station cleanliness, and support daily outlet operations with fast, accurate service in a warm, guest‑focused environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to walk and carry trays, and strong English communication. Flexibility for peak hours including evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Fluent English communication in speaking and listening.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOP Basic standards to achieve service levels in Operations Manual.
• Hands-on operation of the outlet and ensuring proper setup and equipment.
• Maintain par stocks and FIFO for equipment and supplies.
• Attend daily briefings and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Provide courteous, professional service and build rapport with guests.
