voco Dubai, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, invites you to join our team as a Host in our vibrant F&B outlet. You will deliver warm, professional service to guests, ensuring accurate beverage and food orders and smooth service flow.

We value reliability, attentiveness, and a can-do attitude. This role requires standing for long periods, working peak hours, and contributing to a positive guest experience across the outlet and with supporting departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience serving beverages in a fine dining setting is a plus.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• Friendly, attentive attitude with excellent English communication.
• Willingness to work peak hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house.
• Assist in stock control and inventory of service items.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Report guest needs and incidents to the supervisor.
