Job summary

voco Dubai, part of the IHG family, seeks a friendly Food & Beverage Host to deliver warm, efficient service to guests in a stylish, unstuffy setting. You will work closely with hosts to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction, while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires a positive, can-do attitude, physical stamina to carry trays, and flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior beverage/FOH experience is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• Friendly, attentive attitude and excellent English knowledge.
• Knowledge of beverages and food is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to prescribed service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and outlet.
• Attend daily briefings and communicate with hosts and supporting departments.
• Report issues, guest feedback, and losses to the supervisor.
