Job summary

Advance Business Consultancy is a leading, award-winning F&B consultancy in the UAE, helping restaurants, cafés and hospitality brands launch, operate and grow. We seek a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the UAE.

You will identify opportunities, generate leads and cultivate relationships with restaurant owners, investors and hospitality businesses, driving growth and delivering consultancy solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, consulting, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship-building and sales skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B and hospitality sector.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Arrange and attend meetings with restaurant owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and hospitality businesses.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable consultancy services.
• Present company services and proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the F&B industry.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
• Represent Advance Business Consultancy professionally at meetings and industry events.
