Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Captain for our Dubai property to deliver exceptional F&B service and lead the outlet team. You will supervise waitstaff, ensure menu knowledge, and maintain service standards to create memorable guest experiences.

Bring 2–3 years in hotel F&B, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality. This on-site role offers growth within our international portfolio and visa support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel industry preferred.
• Excellence in strategic leadership and team management.
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of Waiters and Busboys in the assigned area.
• Serve Food & Beverage according to hotel standards.
• Know the menu deeply to advise Guests.
• Handle guest queries and complaints satisfactorily.
• Ensure outlet setup and smooth operation.
