Qualifications

• Experience as a captain or supervisor in upscale hotel F&B.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests and complaints calmly.
• Knowledge of beverage service and basic wine list is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to guests per InterContinental and Pierre Gagnaire standards.
• Resolve complaints during shift by informing the manager on duty.
• Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
• Supervise maintenance of service equipment.
• Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
• Control stock and monitor security procedures.
• Produce quality beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Master food knowledge to assist guests with orders.
• Assist and care for guests as required.
