Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to resolve complaints during shift by informing the Manager on Duty.
• Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
• Supervise maintenance of service equipment.
• Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
• Control stock and monitor security procedures.
• Produce quality beverages per Intercontinental and Pierre Gagnaire standards.
• Master food knowledge to assist guests with orders.
• Provide warm, attentive guest care.

Responsibilities

• Delivering service to our customers per Intercontinental and Pierre Gagnaire standards.
• Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift by alerting Manager on Duty and assisting him/her.
• Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
• Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
• Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
• Control stock and monitor security procedures.
• Produce quality beverages (mocktails, hot beverages) to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Master food knowledge to assist guests on orders and fulfill requests.
• Help and care for guests in any way required.
