InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a F&B Captain for the Choix (By Pierre Gagnaire) outlet at the Dubai Festival City property. You will deliver service to guests to the highest standards, resolve complaints, and oversee cash handling and daily reports in a luxurious, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to customers as per Intercontinental and Pierre Gaganne’s standards.
• Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift by alerting Manager on Duty.
• Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
• Supervise maintenance of service equipment.
• Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
• Control stock and monitor security procedures.
• Produce quality beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Master food knowledge to assist guests on orders and fulfilment.
• Help and care for guests in any way required.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth, welcoming service.
