Qualifications

• Must have similar experience in luxury restaurant or 5* hotel Fine Dining.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead a large team and deliver high quality dishes.
• Passion for cooking and creating new menus.
• Experience in French cuisine is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new dishes and products.
• Organise events and special food promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of ingredients, equipment and trends.
• Plan and cost menus, develop standard recipes.
• Ensure culinary skills are maintained and hygiene standards are met.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff and oversee training.
