Job summary

Emirates Courier express is seeking an Express Product Development Controller to research global supply chain trends, analyze air-cargo market needs, and benchmark products across the network for new opportunities. You will develop commercial plans and support revenue targets to grow the business.

In this role, you will liaise with Cargo Managers, guide product delivery, manage supplier contracts, and prepare high-level business cases for new or improved solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent) with 5+ years in Express courier/business development.
• Knowledge of global supply chain practices and air cargo market needs.
• Strong project management skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Research global supply chain trends and benchmark products across networks.
• Analyze gaps and develop product specifications and business cases.
• Guide delivery of products/solutions and manage supplier contracts.
• Support product sales objectives and monitor commercial performance.
