Job summary

Emirates is recruiting an Express Product Development Controller in Dubai to research global supply chain trends, benchmark products, and generate ideas for new or enhanced express solutions. You will support sales with product knowledge and develop a commercial strategy to drive revenue.

You will analyse product performance, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and prepare high-level business cases for market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with 5+ years experience in Express courier industry.
• Experience in business development, product development and sales support is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research global supply chain trends and customer requirements to identify market opportunities.
• Analyze product gaps and develop new or improved product concepts with specifications.
• Guide product delivery and support in sales and marketing activities.
• Evaluate market potential and prepare business cases for new product opportunities.
