Job summary

Emirates SkyCargo seeks an Express Planning & Development Officer in Dubai to source and screen operational vendors for Emirates Courier Express, coordinating onboarding and performance improvements. You will align with procurement, analyze data, and set KPIs while driving process improvements across functions.

The role requires 5+ years in express logistics, a relevant degree, and strong communication, data analysis, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Express logistics.
• Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent).
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyse and validate operational data to develop productivity benchmarks and provide insights to Line Managers.
• Review processes to enhance efficiency, service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through system enhancements and stakeholder liaison.
• Design and maintain Management Information System reports across business units.
• Develop forecasting models to support workload and budget planning.
• Support coaching and development initiatives for project teams and ensure methodology adoption.
