Job summary

Precision Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead the packaging and plastics sales function, oversee existing accounts, and identify opportunities to develop new business within the portfolio.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, liaise with engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance to ensure integrated efforts, and deliver competitive solutions that meet customer needs while achieving company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably within packaging, plastics, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and policies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
• Manage key client relationships and seek opportunities to grow within the portfolio.
• Prepare sales forecasts, set targets, and monitor performance.
• Oversee the sales budget and optimize resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure integrated efforts.
