Job summary

Zoomlion Gulf FZE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Engineer – Concrete Machinery to join our After-Sales Service team, delivering technical support, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repairs for concrete equipment. The role covers on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, and preparing service reports.

Qualifications

3–5 years in heavy equipment or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
Experience repairing and maintaining concrete machinery preferred.
Experience with concrete pumps and related equipment is an advantage.
Valid driving license required.
Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, and repair concrete machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine, and chassis issues.
Provide on-site technical support, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
Support machine delivery, customer training, and warranty activities.
Identify spare parts requirements and support spare parts sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent after-sales service.
