Job summary

Zoomlion Gulf FZE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Engineer – Concrete Machinery to join our After-Sales Service team, delivering technical support, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repairs for concrete equipment. The role covers on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, and preparing service reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in heavy equipment or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Experience repairing and maintaining concrete machinery preferred.
• Experience with concrete pumps and related equipment is an advantage.
• Valid driving license required.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Zoomlion Gulf FZE is a leading construction machinery company providing advanced equipment and solutions across the Middle East. We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer – Concrete Machinery to join our After-Sales Service team.

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Engineer with strong experience in heavy equipment maintenance and, preferably, hands-on experience repairing and maintaining concrete machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair concrete machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine, and chassis issues.
• Provide on-site technical support, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Support machine delivery, customer training, and warranty activities.
• Identify spare parts requirements and support spare parts sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driving License is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
• experience in repairing and maintaining concrete machinery is highly preferred.
• Experience with concrete pumps, truck-mounted pumps, trailer pumps, transit mixers, batching plants, or placing booms is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Experience with SINOTRUK, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, , Scania, or other heavy-duty commercial vehicles is an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel across the , Oman, and other Middle East countries.
• Basic English communication skills.
