Job summary

KOFISI is seeking an Experience Delivery Lead in Dubai to own the master delivery programme for new locations, coordinating across Uniform, OS&E, Music & Scent, Art, F&B, Signage, Internal Comms, and Marketing. You will defend budgets, manage the critical path, and drive a single, trusted timetable.

You will coordinate with Environments Design, Operations, Finance, and Sales, ensuring timely openings and a consistent brand experience across all workstreams.

Qualifications

• Background in Design and Build or Architecture or Hospitality development.
• Track record of coordinating multi-workstream projects with clear budgets.
• Budget ownership and ability to defend cost against Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the master delivery programme for each new KOFISI location, from concept sign-off to operational handover.
• Build and maintain the swimlane view with timelines, dependencies and lead times.
• Maintain and communicate weekly/monthly critical paths; manage risk early.
• Coordinate with Environments Design, Operations, Finance and Sales to align openings.
• Lead governance rhythms: weekly swimlane review and live dashboard.
