Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is looking for a Creative Specialist – Experiences in Dubai to turn brand stories into immersive spaces.

You will conceptualize pop-ups, activations and retail experiences that invite discovery, blending local culture with brand strategy. You will prototype layouts, 3D renders and presentations while collaborating with production partners to realize the vision, using AI as a design accelerator.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential, spatial design or brand activations.
• Portfolio showing original thinking and strong 3D storytelling.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering and presentation tools; practical AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Build distinctive experiential concepts rooted in brand identity and local insights.
• Design the journey and touchpoints within spaces to tell the brand story at each moment.
• Create spatial layouts, concept models and 3D renders with materials, lighting and product storytelling.
• Experiment with AI to explore directions and simulate environments for refinement.
• Collaborate with production teams and fabricators to preserve the vision through delivery.
