Job summary

TalentsTide is recruiting an Exhibition Specialist for a Dubai Government entity. You will plan and deliver permanent and temporary exhibitions, coordinating with contractors and suppliers while ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5+ years in exhibition planning or delivery, experience with museums or heritage projects, and strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills. On-site work in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in exhibition planning or delivery.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, contractors and installation activities.
• Experience in museums, galleries, cultural institutions, heritage projects or collections management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver permanent and temporary exhibitions, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop exhibition plans, project schedules, budgets and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders during development and installation.
• Support tendering, procurement, cost monitoring and project reporting.
• Coordinate placement and display of museum objects and exhibition materials, following display and handling practices.
• Support integration of audiovisual and interactive technologies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and propose solutions.
• Ensure exhibitions meet technical, operational and preservation requirements.
