Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to design and deliver executive hiring strategies for C-suite and senior leadership roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and drive compliant, data-driven decision making.

Collaborate with EXCO and HR to forecast talent needs, optimize search processes, and oversee external partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with executive search.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with C-suite, senior stakeholders and HR leadership.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive assessment.
• Experience managing executive search firms and external partners, incl. cost management.

Responsibilities

• Own executive hiring delivery against scorecard measures and timelines.
• Track and report executive hiring performance with risks and mitigations.
• Governance and oversight of executive hiring activities and milestones.
• Optimize Talent Acquisition costs through agency management and spend control.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive executive hiring strategy aligned with FAB goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify executive talent needs and plan hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment.
• Cultivate relationships with potential executive candidates via multiple channels.
• Use direct sourcing, talent mapping and partnerships with search firms.
• Define role requirements with hiring managers and assess candidates.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback.
• Generate reports to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements.
• Stay current on technologies and best practices in executive recruitment.
