Job summary

Qashio is seeking a Strategy & Special Projects Lead to drive high-impact initiatives from concept through execution. The role partners with the CEO and leadership to coordinate across functions, geographies, and business units, delivering structured plans and measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in strategy or related fields, UAE consulting experience, a strong execution bias, and comfort turning ambiguous ideas into concrete actions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth tech, fintech or related demanding roles.
• Must have worked as a management consultant in UAE for 1–2 years.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment with no established playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver high-priority strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO and leadership team.
• Translate broad strategic objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify obstacles early, resolve issues quickly, and accelerate decisions when necessary.
• Prepare concise recommendations, business cases, and decision materials for senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted execution partner and drive work forward with minimal direction.
