Job summary

MediaSource FZC seeks a Senior Strategic Advisor to provide high-level guidance to the executive team on organizational strategy, governance, and major initiatives in the UAE. The role involves evaluating complex projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices, with extensive senior stakeholder engagement.

The position requires a track record of advising executive leadership, supporting strategic decisions, and guiding governance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or another relevant discipline.
Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be preferred.
Minimum 15–20 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in senior leadership, executive advisory, or strategic management roles.
Extensive senior leadership and advisory experience within large, complex organizations or major project environments.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice and expert guidance to executive leadership on key organizational, project, and business matters.
Support executive management in evaluating major initiatives, projects, investments, and strategic priorities.
Review complex project and business matters and provide independent recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Advise leadership on project delivery strategies, governance, organizational priorities, risks, and opportunities.
Provide oversight and strategic input into major programmes and projects, identifying areas requiring executive attention or intervention.
