Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks an Executive Sous Chef to join the Culinary team. The role focuses on creating innovative menus, guiding the kitchen to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, and leading a large culinary team in a luxury casual-dining environment on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

The successful candidate will manage daily kitchen operations, ensure safety and sanitation, collaborate with brand partners, and drive cost-conscious, high-quality dining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within casual dining or luxury hospitality.
• Experience collaborating with brand partners to create culinary experiences.
• Proven ability to lead large culinary teams and manage high-end dining operations.
• Strong focus on quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing innovative, high-quality menus that reflect latest culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Lead, manage and motivate the culinary team to achieve high performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions on best practices and safety protocols.
• Schedule and supervise daily kitchen activities and inventory management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fine dining kitchen ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain and manage inventory of ingredients, supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and servicing of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
