Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking an Exec Sous Chef for a high-end French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The role commands oversight of kitchen operations and direct collaboration with senior chefs to maintain exceptional standards.

You will supervise all aspects of kitchen production, ensure adherence to SOPs, and guide events and service excellence across the brand's locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the same function.
• Strong background with Mediterranean or French cuisines.
• Experience in high-end dining or 5-star hotel preferred.
• Immediate joining prioritized.
• Open to Europeans, Westerners, and Oriental nationals.

Responsibilities

• Screen and ensure that firm systems and standard procedure are satisfied for all locations reporting to him/her.
• Supervise all elements of commissary production as well as event implementation.
• Work closely with the Corporate Executive cook to assure criteria are met in all other elements of the commissary operation.
• Oversee kitchen staff during the cooking process, ensuring meals are prepared and seasoned correctly.
• Make essential decisions regarding a restaurant's menu items and offerings.
