Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking a professional to lead the development and delivery of executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and visual communication materials for senior management in Abu Dhabi.

You will translate complex project and performance data into clear, concise materials, maintain standards, templates, and reporting cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Proven experience in executive reporting and corporate communications.
• Experience in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or major projects is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and spreadsheet tools is required.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials.
• Translate complex project information into clear, concise, visually engaging materials.
• Prepare presentations for executive management, leadership meetings, and stakeholders.
• Establish standards, templates, and visual guidelines for reporting.
• Coordinate with multiple functions to gather data for reports.
• Review information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Develop visual representations including infographics, charts, and timelines.
• Manage reporting cycles and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, and milestones for management reports.
