• Leadership experience in media production preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end production projects, teams, budgets, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Production Section, ensuring timely delivery of all activities.
• Develop and oversee production plans, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Manage the full production lifecycle from pre-production to post-production and final delivery.
• Oversee filming, editing, lighting, and post-production areas.
• Ensure productions meet brand standards, strategic direction, and quality requirements.
• Develop and coach team members, including performance management and training needs.
