Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in executive reporting, corporate communications, or project reporting.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, infographics, and visually engaging reports.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage executive-level reports, presentations, briefing materials, dashboards, and other strategic communications.
• Translate complex project and performance information into clear, concise executive materials.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, steering committees, and high-level stakeholder engagements.
• Establish consistent standards, templates, and visual guidelines for reporting and communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Maintain version control and ensure timely delivery of executive materials.
