Job summary

MCG Talent in Dubai is seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong background in corporate reporting and annual report development. You will lead end-to-end annual reporting projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class corporate communications.

You will advise clients on reporting strategy, structure, and disclosure, and work with designers, editors, and client teams to ensure exceptional execution across high-profile assignments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing corporate reporting or annual report projects.
• Background in corporate communications, investor relations, sustainability reporting, or financial communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with reporting frameworks and best practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of annual reports and integrated reporting projects.
• Advise clients on corporate reporting strategy, messaging, and disclosure.
• Develop compelling report structures, narratives, and content aligned with global reporting standards.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and project deliverables.
