Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a key Gartner service for CIOs and senior IT leaders. The role focuses on managing a large portfolio of member relationships, delivering tailored ExP service plans, and coordinating with Gartner’s sales team to ensure engagement and renewals.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in CXO-facing technology roles, with a strong background in financial services or oil & gas, and proven experience leading large transformative programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting or CXO roles with technology exposure across AI, BI, ML, digital transformation, cloud, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Create service solutions using ExP products.
• Define and deliver customized service plans based on MCPs.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and webinars.
• Present or facilitate ExP events.
• Partner with Gartner Sales to drive member engagement and renewals.
