• Proven experience in managing sales, MIS reporting and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, devise, and manage the implementation of the sales strategy and plans for the assigned region, focusing on diversifying revenue and expanding assets/liabilities.
• Review future client needs and source new solutions for alternate channels and value-added services to grow the portfolio.
• Manage MIS reporting to enable tracking and improve profitability.
• Oversee front-end training, ensuring policy compliance and streamlining processes for acquiring new clients.
• Review market research, monitor industry trends, and adjust plans to achieve growth targets.
• Lead the team with performance objectives, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to departmental policies and processes to deliver best-in-class services.
